Athletes must strictly follow this schedule to collect their race packet and bring the signed paper version of the Participation Commitment along with the original valid ID used during registration.

1. Athletes must personally bring the original valid ID used during registration (ID card, passport, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan Residents, etc.) to collect the race packet according to the designated process. Only the registered athlete can collect the race packet. Collection by others is not permitted. The race packet cannot be mailed during the collection period or after the event.

2. Athletes must download and print the Participation Commitment in advance from the official website or partner app, sign it, and submit it at the race packet collection site for verification and recordkeeping.

3. The Organizing Committee will verify athletes' identities through facial recognition or ID document verification (using the ID provided during registration). If facial recognition is chosen, facial data will be collected at the venue before the race and used for roll call on race day and identity verification upon finishing the race. If ID verification is chosen, the athlete must carry their ID throughout race day for roll call and identity verification upon finishing the race and keep it safe.

4. The race souvenir T-shirt will be distributed at the packet collection site according to the size selected during registration. Once collected, the race souvenir T-shirt cannot be exchanged.

5. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to refuse to issue race packets to athletes who fail to provide the required materials according to the rules.
